Technical difficulties, please stand by

Apologies for the delayed running of this service this morning, the ERS/MVC offices are being mercilessly destroyed from the inside by big men with big hammers and many different drills. Thus the tinternet was unavailable until now, meaning I had to read the papers the old-fashioned way, and there was nothing in them anyway. Except a rather cool Louis Theroux piece in the Indy, but that's not really relevant. Also, my little showpiece review of the Conservatives and the electoral system isn't as little as I thought it would be, but it will hopefully be finished sometime this afternoon. Until then...
