Germany: please hold the line, someone will be with you shortly

Things still a bit up in the air in the heart of Europe. The Grand Coalition has some teething problems. The Times thinks they should scrap it and vote again, claiming that "without another election, incoherence will be institutionalised." More wait and see, I'm thinking.
