Renewed Welsh local focus

The Lib Dems have a new leader in Wales. And already there is a piece of positive news, via the BBC:
"Kirsty Williams says the party's lost sight of its historic commitment to introducing proportional representation in local government. She intends that to change."

The political wind in Wales is definitely blowing in the right direction, at least when it comes to electing councillors. Still a long way to go in the campaign, but some extra oopmh is always good.
