Voting Barriers

Possible barriers to voting:
  • feeling your vote doesn’t count
  • feeling you are not part of an election campaign as the parties are targeting other people or other areas
  • feeling the issues and concerns you care passionately about are not being addressed
  • not gaining representation that adequately reflects the diversity (in composition and views) of people’s lives.
